What the project-brief form does

The project-brief form and Let’s talk message panel use the name, email address and project information you enter to generate a brief in your browser. Its purpose is to help you prepare your requirements. The email action opens your chosen email app with the details you entered; you review and press Send there. Preparing, copying or downloading a message does not send it, create an account or charge a payment. The website cannot verify whether your email app sent the message. The message panel keeps its draft in memory when closed; resetting it or reloading the page clears it. Closing the project brief clears its form state; downloading a brief saves a file to your own device.

Portfolio demonstrations

The sample automotive, watch and architecture websites are fictional demonstrations. Product selections, baskets and sample enquiry or checkout screens do not create real orders, appointments or payments. Do not enter payment card details or sensitive information into a demonstration.

Hosting and technical information

The current preview is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and may require sign-in. The hosting and authentication provider can process technical information such as connection data and access logs under its own policies. The website code itself does not install advertising pixels or analytics. This notice does not claim that the hosting provider collects no information.

When the site moves to its public domain or another host, this notice must identify the actual hosting, email, form and payment providers, relevant retention periods and any international-transfer safeguards. Those live arrangements have not yet been configured.

Enquiries and customer work

Email enquiries are addressed to hello@lararosedigital.com so we can respond to your request. If you choose to send, your email provider and the receiving mailbox provider handle the message under their own policies. Before public launch, this notice must identify the responsible legal business and complete the lawful basis, provider and retention details. Marketing consent will be separate from a request for a quote. Nothing entered into the current local brief is automatically added to a mailing list.

Your choices and rights

You can choose not to use the local brief and can delete a downloaded file from your device. Rights under UK data-protection law can include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, depending on the processing and its lawful basis.
